Cancellation Policy

Hiring Party Packs Terms and Conditions Funds raised from party pack fees are an important source of revenue for us as a community run and funded organisation, allowing us to buy new toys for the library. 1. Who can hire: Current members of Collingwood Toy Library and non-members can hire party packs. Please note non-members will need to pay an additional $20 fee. 2. Hiring fees and booking: See our website for the cost for each Party Pack. Make bookings online or in person, the hiring fee must be paid at this time. 3. Location and pick up: All Party Packs can be picked up from Collingwood Toy Library’s Abbotsford’s branch on Fridays 9.30am - 5pm or Saturdays 9.30am - 2pm. 4. Returns: All items in the Party Pack must be returned to our Abbotsford branch no later than 12pm the following Wednesday. Late returns will incur a fee of $50 per day. 5. Safety and care: Adult supervision is required to ensure items are age appropriate and used safely. Hirers are responsible for any damage or loss of items. Fees will be charged for loss or damage to an item based on the cost to replace it. 6. Usage: Party packs are for personal use only and should not be used for commercial purposes. 7. Cleaning: Please use party packs in a clean area and ensure all items are returned in clean condition, ready for the next family to enjoy. A $30 cleaning fee per item will apply if items are returned dirty.. 8. Cancellation and refunds: You may cancel your booking at any time. Cancellations made at least two weeks before the booking start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within two weeks of the start date will incur the full hire fee.
