We’re excited to announce Quiet Time Sessions — specially tailored, private 30‑minute borrowing appointments for families with children who have developmental delays or disabilities. No diagnosis needed.
These sessions are available at our Abbotsford and Fitzroy branches.
What makes these sessions different?
Low‑sensory environment - We can dim lighting, turn off background music, and minimise distractions to help your child feel calm and at ease.
Child‑centred pace - Children are welcome to explore, vocalise and choose toys on their own terms.
Support when you need it - Our friendly team is on hand to help with selecting toys, or you’re welcome to bring your allied health professional.
Accessing community services can be challenging. Our goal is to reduce barriers by offering a respectful, inclusive space where families can borrow toys in a way that suits their sensory needs and rhythms. Each session is private, flexible, and supportive.
These sessions are perfect for families who would benefit from a quieter, more controlled environment—whether you're already a member, thinking of joining, or curious about how we work. Share this opportunity with therapists, schools, or other parents who may be looking for sensory-sensitive community supports.
If you don't have a membership, take home toys on the day by joining for $95 a year, $20 with a healthcare card.

Free bookings are available through Humanitix:
